BIG SLOPPY LICK

I've had a horrible migraine all day long and have not been doing much today and feel like a waste of good space. Nevertheless, it's Firday. I am on my Easter holiday, but I know how much you Shutterchance folk look forward to your precious, dear Friday. Hence here's a big sloppy lick to multiply your Friday joy and to thank you for visiting and leaving much welcome feedback.

Enjoy the "lick".

Sinem

PS. Suby, thanks for having faith in me, love you.

wow, that tongue really stands out, just waiting for its next victim
Suby & Sinem: Luckily, I wasn't the next victim. Took my shot and went on my merry way before the tongue got me smile

great image - i always find it so difficult to photograph animals, so appreciate a good one.
Suby & Sinem: In the cae of dogs, it really does help to have the owner around to give the commands as you blissfully snap away, or so, I've found.
Sinem you are doing really well....I like that...should post on my site too yo uknow...I need your skills....keep up the good work.
Suby & Sinem: A third comment from Alakija in one day and such lovley words - boy, do I feel flattered and smug! smile Thanks a lot, Jide, much appreciated. Enjoy the rest of the celebrations with Tosin.

Suby & Sinem: Thanks, Chantal, same to you.
beautiful smile
Suby & Sinem: Thank you.
r u sure ur just picking up photography?!?!!? suby most be a very good teacher or u an ardent student. a very beautiful shot, but don't like the border.
Suby & Sinem: Believe it or not, I have only picked up the camera about two weeks ago - ok apart from my ancient two megapixel Nikon Coolpics - but I am proud to say I am an ardent student who is lucky enough to have a very patient teacher, as I haven't picked up the camera manual yet! smile
Out of curiousity, would you have preferred a presentation woth no frame?

Nice doggie. I like the way it's balanced against the blurred object on the left background in the shot. What's up with the *bling* around it's neck? Never seen a collar like that before! wink
Suby & Sinem: I know, it's total "bling", you should have seen the way it was reflecting the sunlight, must have been diamond encrusted or something. Thanks for the comment.

Nice shot. I think it would look better if you cropped off a bit of the space on the left though. Eye contact would have given the shot more feeling too.
Suby & Sinem: Must admit, the crop idea hadn't occured to me before, I might try it one of these days.
On the issue of the eye contact,
Dude, if you wish, you try making eye contact with a dog that moves at the speed of a bullet and has the attention span of - hummmm - a dog really! smile

Oh, yeah, a great dog photo. But what's his/her name? My dogs woke us up at 4:00 this morning to tell me that the smoke alarm in the kitchen had started to chirp. Loyal pups come to me(alpha male)whenever something scary is happening.
Beautiful dog!!! He looks like a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever cross...am I correct?

Like the others have said, it's hard to believe you've only just started taking pictures...you're a natural!
