Parking

Sinems a little bit tired to put up a shot tonight. So me deputizing for her :)

Not much to write, been a very busy day for both of us(wedding plans), I have been up since 03:30hrs (don't ask me why, just could not sleep). Saw soo many lovely street shots on blogs during my surfing today, I decided to do some of my own. This is a shot I took this evening. Nothing really special about the shot I think (correct me if I'm wrong).

I had been brushing up my CS2 techniques with layers and when Sinem advised she was too tired to put anything up, as this shot was on my screen, I decided why not :)

Enjoy the rest of your weekend fellow bloggers and visitors. Thank you as always for stopping by. A BIG THANK YOU to all those who left comments on my post yesterday, it was greatly appreciated.

Processing: Don't have the slightest clue as I had been messing around with the shot for a while in CS2, All I remember was when I decided to post, I added sepia photo filter, G. Blur, framed it and presto  :)

He doesn't look too happy to pay !

Congrats ! When is the wedding! Are we all invited to the party ?
No wonder that you can't sleep anymore !
Suby & Sinem: No we are never happy to pay for parking smile D-day is next month. smileThanks for the visit, hope you had a lovely weekend. Suby
I think you're about right when you say it isn't too special. But as a quick snapshot it isn't bad. I like the gausian blur, Suby. Cheers, Brent
Suby & Sinem: Thanks Brent. Not all shots need to be sprcial. Went to a photo gallery last week just to see what kind of stuff gets put up and to steal ideas. Lets just say I was not too impressed by what I saw. So maybe I should start taking more "not soo special shots" seems thats what the punters like to view in gallaries smile

It looks ok, I guess, but the main thing I don't like are the highlights on the floor, they're a bit distracting. The highlights on his shoulder are fine by me.
Suby & Sinem: Cool, thanks for the comments bro. Suby

I do like the sepia toning, it really warms up the shot. The photo is very appealing overall. Something about his stature. Great shot!
Suby & Sinem: Thanks for the comments Micki, hope you had a chilled a peacful weekend. Suby
Nice shot. It has the feel of greeting cards. I you had used a square crop (and removed the bottom of the image) it might have worked out even better
Suby & Sinem: Ummm tried that, did not really like the way it came out. Thanks for the comments and the tip smile Suby
A lovely composed shot and the post processing makes it even better...was getting a little homesick then this reminded me of parking meters etc so i don't feel so home sick now smile
Suby & Sinem: he he he, I'm glad to help, although not the kind of thing you want to remind you of home smile Hope you had a lovely weekend. Suby

Nice effect on this image. At first I thought he holds the pole of the lantern (or whatever it is) in his hand smile.
Suby & Sinem: Never looked at the image in that way, now I see what you mean smile Thanks for the visit and have a productive week
Very nice tone! I hate having to pay for parking!

Jason
Suby & Sinem: Well we all do, but why do we not all rebel and not pay smile Guess then we will have a lawless society. lol Suby.
