kamikaze Bird

Suby In the House.

Sorry guys, things are manic in the Substers life at the moment and to top it all, no internet access as BT have decided they will be out sometime on Thursday to possibly fix issues with our phone line.

So I have uploaded a few images for the next few days. I will be around as much as I can but not promising much. I see loads of more "newbies" on shutterchance. Enjoy this period of "No Subster"  Get better in your journeys as "prosumers" as you guys all know, only the best images & posts make me smile. :) AND I know no one wants to make the Subster frown....... You will not like me when I do :)

Kamikaze Bird

Took this shot last week during another sight seeing visit during the honeymoon. This bird caught my eyes and the idea for the shot popped into my head and I am glad it came ot this way. I like the fact one is not sure if the bird is flying by the wall, or into the window space or indeed on a suicide run into the castle walls.

What do you guys think?

P.s

I will try and post comments on at least 8 unfortunate souls (sorry, lucky newbies) blogs each day (okay that will be 9, how can I forget MK http://weddingphotog.shutterchance.com/photoblog/3745.htm )

I actually thought was Sin's shot. I was wrong. Well it's one for your wall I guess.

Nice shot, Subster. I hope that you get your phone line healed soon. Boy, it sounds like BT is VERY reponsive. ;-)

Really nice shot...It looks a tad oversharpened though, and there seems to be something weird going on around the bird, kind of a shadow or something, I noticed a little of the same thing going on around the wall too.

So what did the bird do? Hit the wall or go through the window.

Hope your line gets fixed soon.

Cool shot. Love the old castel and the bird making it's home.
It's OK. Doesn't really inspire much in me, personally. I need something else here. (Actually, Suby, I've been posting quite a few images on my blog recently that I've been pretty proud of. There's a couple coming up that I'm very pleased with. If you find time in your hectic schedule, you'll have to come by and check out ADP. I do value your opinion.) Kind regards, Brent
Suby & Sinem: Awww Brent no likey (bawling eyes out) Hope you like my post today though smile Well not to worry, I make a habit of ensuring I check your blog everyday. Hey I took some Brent inspired shots over my holiday. Once my internet s back up I hope to post at least one (cause maybe only one is good enough to even attempt to stand next to yours smile)

Looks like a great shot.
My first thought was that the bird was flying behind the castle.

Hope you're enjoying your honeymoon. Look forward to seeing more shots.
Suby & Sinem: Thanks Solaria, yes it was a lovely honeymoon. That was my 1st thought but it actually flew into the castle smile Please do visit again smile

Nice shot! What is going on with the bird. Was that part of the shot or did you stick that in yourself.
Suby & Sinem: It was part of the shot. Never stick anything in my shots smile
