ANGEL'S WALK

SIN'S IN THE HOUSE.

Suby's just got back from a long day at work, shooting a wedding. Gotta represent!

ANGEL'S WALK

"People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child -- our own two eyes. All is a miracle."

Thich Naht Hanh

I believe children are angels sent from up above as little bundles of joy. Without wings, without flight but gifted with the eyesight of seeing the miracle of life, the miracle of every day, the miracle of every breath. We protect them, love them, cherish them, parent them; but the truth is they guide us... They remind us to look around - lifting our heavy heads from daily burdens - to look above at the blue sky, look around at the green fields, look dowm at our own two feet on the ground. Look into a child's curious eyes, hold their hand and walk with them today.

Try to hear and follow the sound of an angel's footsteps as she walks.

My favourite photo of yours so far, Sinem. I absolutely love this one. The composition is fantastic, with lots of negative space. The fact that the girl is not looking at the camera makes this image especially strong. The processing is subtle, but very effective. Way to go Sinem! Great stuff.

Wow wow wow, I was there when Sinem took this shot on Saturday at a wedding in deep deep(and I really mean deep smile ) Gloucestershire, I was really paying attention to her shooting, seeing the final product, me thinks me wifey is now showing off her skills.
Wow wow okay she deserves a double very coveted "I LIKEY" "I LIKEY" from the Subster.

Beautiful use of neagative space, inspired peice of colour seperation, the capture of this particular pose of the little girl is soo perfect its not fair I did not take this (oh by the way, I did take a few shots of the little darling but after seeing this shot, me thinks me cannot post any of them shots, them naff compared to this smile

I can't help but also be drawn to the clash of the the pink dress and the lines of green in her shoes, it just makes the image stand out more.

Well done love. Lovely lovely lovely shot. Me impressed.

This is sooo precious. Love the PP.
This is probably your best shot Sin. However I don't like the PP. I would have left it in colour and played around with the Hue/saturation on the entire shot. That way you'll get a lovely effect out of it.

Composition is so on point. grin
That's a very sharp shot. i like the shallow DoF. It'd be great if you had captured her expression, though.

great shot.
Yes they are angels and I am glad to be blessed with a great one. He is the love of my life and my best buddy. Fantastic shot love the way her dress contrasts with the dull background
Beautifully processed!
what a lovely shot! the unusual composition adds so much to it, and the child's holding her dress out is such a feminine gesture. even from the back, she's a girl.
