Now this is pretty cool. Won't be able to write as much...Rob's home for a visit and I plan on spending less time on the blogs and more time with him. Yay!

I love the colors in this. The variety of pastels play nicely off of one another.
hey suby,

i really like the tone and the colors in this one. suburbia is great, especially after living in the city for a while. the sky and clouds are sick in this shot. is this an hdr?
dramatic!
i like the tone. really different style. love it.

oh - Dramatic sky works really well with the almost mundane suburban scene, I like this a lot, the colours and perspective really work for me.
I really love this dark tones !

I like that we get to see your neighborhood in this shot!! Looks like a very pleasant place to live. This processing makes me think of winter time...

Really do like the entire feel of your neighbourhood....and this was actually a technoque renaissance painters used to use which u have done...making sure that all the "rays" of the picture meet at a central point....nice framing and a 7.5/10 from me...have a good day!

The colours are so sombre and dark, I like it. It would even pass as a painting if you hadn't said "photography by Suby" tongue What's really striking is how all the bright colours, the yellow (cars), and the red brick houses all tone down to compliment the other colours.

Aaaaaand the (next) best thing about this shot is that you've given equal amount of space to the sky and the road. It balances out the shot rather well. I did wanna point out the board on the light post... it kinda stood out when I looked closely at the houses. But the more I look at it, the more it fits in with your neighborhood.

ps. you DO live in a beautiful suburb, no doubt you like it so much!
immense processing and result!
i adore it
