I had one more shot I was going to post for the Nude series, however that image has to wait for the time being while I get the positive go ahead from the model. I am also planning on shooting some more images for my Nude series over the coming weeks, so keep checking back, hopefully I will have some guys to dish out to the ladies out there.

Thank you for those who take their time to comment, I do not espect this type of photography to be the cup of tea of everyone, however it is MY cup of tea and will keep taking and posting them.  It is not my aim to push no envelope, or to push the laws of decency as far as I can, I take them because I love people photography, & I believe nude photography (not glamour or anything sleezy) is part of it.

A change of pace on this post, I was looking through my archives last night looking for an image when I came accross this shot, I took this shot back in the days when I was attending a photography course, I edited it back then on Adobe Elements 3.0. We were all listening to our tutor and even back then I always had my camera out on the ready to take any and every shot I deemed interesting, have to say most of the shots I snaped back then where naff. LOL

I like the kinda of graphic novel feel to this image, reminds me of a Frank Miller comic or film.

I am currently looking for models (male or female) who will be interested in posing for me. Please feel free to contact me with your details.

I don't know how long ago you took this shot but I like. I really like the way the people in th ebackground have a more defined image then the guy in the foreground. If this was and A3 canvas print I'd buy it except it looks like pc towers on the floor instead of Macs.
Suby & Sinem: Took it about a year and some ago, I guess you are a MAc man smile The day I crack how to use a Mac will be a happy day in my life, jeezz that mouse drives me up the wall grin

Thanks for the comment.

hey suby,

i haven't really seen anything like this, and i LOVE IT!!! it is hard to believe that it once originated as a photo. it looks like a graphic design project. increadible details and effects. another great one that falls in the realm of contemporary art in my book.
Suby & Sinem: To tell the truth, the original photo was blurry as it was a hand held shot at f2.5s and people jept on moving, I edited it this way cause I was tring to think of a way to rescue the shot, I am really pleased how it turned out grin

Thanks for the comment.

It looks like something out of 'a scanner darkly'. Really like your pping, its different and creative, and the composition itself is good. Well done.
Suby & Sinem: I saw that film in the cinema, jeezzz, how I disliked it, a total waste of 2 hours of my time, but you are right, it does look like something from the film like when they are all sat in the living room bits grin

Subster. This is really creative. I love the post processing. It reminds me of something, but I can't put my finger on it right now. I especially like the guy in the front. His face is distorted and it makes it look almost like he's wearing a motorcycle racing helmet, particularly around the mouth. I also like the strong diagonal formed by the people.
Suby & Sinem: I was lucky on the guy in the front, he moved while I was taking the shot hence how he looks smile Glad my rescue of the shot is liked.

I am all for experimentation. This works. The effects you chose when processing this image work well with the learning environment setting of the shot. You're really expanding your creativity and growing your skills. I look forward to riding along on this journey you've started and seeing what comes up next.
Suby & Sinem: Me smiliing huge time, I always think I have done something real good and worth whie when I get a yes from you and Laurie smile

im happy that you vocalize your feelings, another nice shot and message.
ps im looking forward to all your shots, learn something from each one !
Suby & Sinem: Thanks for that Sidak, always nice to see I inspire someone. grin

Hi Suby, I like experimental PP because it is allways full of surprise. To be honnest this one don't work for me but as the picture is unusual it is more subjective.
Have a nice day smile
Suby & Sinem: Thanks for the comments, maybe you will feel my next post better, always have to keep the veiwers happy you know smile

dude sorry but this image doesn't work, feels like u started using random filters in photoshop and came up with this. if u left the colour in then maybe it would have added something to it. keep experimenting
Suby & Sinem: Nope did not randomely use the filters grin Tried this is colour back then and absolutely disliked it hence the monochrome version.

I saw this, this morning Suby and was not sure about it! Back to look again and now I do. You've made a very nice abstraction of the image, no idea how you've done it though? Mal
Suby & Sinem: If I told you Mal I would have to..... :d Thanks, glad you are now feeling the shot smile

Suby I don't like the final effect at all but the moment captured is very nice because it's just so natural. I mean I just saw it again, no, it's almost annoying, half way btw a drawing and a pict. Almost Matrix with the melting faces but in an annoying way. Good that you try new things though.
Suby & Sinem: Thanks for the comments Clover, the original image was basically useless, there was nothing in focus, however I liked the look of the image and it was only through rendering the image this way was I able to rescue the shot. So I had a choice, discard the blurry not in focus image as useless, or render it this way. Guess which I chose. The melting faces effect shows you just how blurry the image was grin

I see what you say, I did the same once. I would still try another way around it, maybe the final effect is more harmonoius. Although maybe I'm just being too girly now, it might work for a guy!

Very artistic, the pping gives character to an otherwise ordinary shot. I love it.

I've been back and to to this picture trying to work out the words to say what I think, and Samarth has saved my day! Yes, it does look like something out of a comic book, and I quite like it. I wonder if some colour might have made it more interesting, if it needs to be 'more interesting' that is. I don't know how you did this, it's pretty clever!
