Suby In The House

See  policyofsubster

Yet another shot from a shoot I did on Monday, I try to ensure with all my shoots, I adapt it to suit not only the look of the model, but the scope of that model, no use taking commercial images if the model is best suited for editorial images. I utilise the environs of wherever I shoot. I do, if not shooting near home like to take a walk or drive around looking for suitable shooting locations.

This image was taken in my garage which I hopefully soon will turn into my studio, right now, it's home to our bikes and occassionally a car. LOL

Once again I had worked with another beautiful & lovely fun model, we definitely will be working again in the nearest future. More pictures of Nicola coming up.

Lighting for this shot was done with the aid of a 60W overhead bulb,  and off camera speedlight bounced off a white cardboard.

Anyone looking for the services of Suby as a Photographer, you know what to do..... (email me in case some are wondering what. LOL)

Amazing shot considering the lighting used!
Reading your EXIF the 60W bulb would hardly have done anything! Most of the light (at least the highlights) is from the speelite bounce card combo, No?
Nice framing, beautiful model...

This would be one of your best since you've been shooting the models over the past few weeks. The lighting was great, and the image has the classic dark processing that you do so well! Everything fell into place for this portrait.

This is one of the more sensual of the series, Suby. Subtle, sultry, seductive.

There's a little too much going on in the clevage for my liking though. The cord and its shadow and the toggle of her cardie make it all a bit fussy and distracting in that otherwide attracting area. The ends of her long dark hair would have been sufficient on their own.

Oh, and tidy up your garage wall. It's only a sliver, but it's an untidy sliver. You see her one full eye and then - right next to it - untidy garage wall. Tut tut!

What draws me to this photo more than anything is her beautiful skin tones, which are well captured here.

Sorry, but finally a beautifull woman...
she's hot! great framing, fine capture!
Hiya Suby. This model really reminds me of Grace Jones with that don't f*%# with me look. The pic also has a kind of Goth look about it, which works really well. I have to agree with Colin about the toggle and cleavage area, but otherwise, a really great shot. Those professional spurs are being well earnt. Regards, Neil.
