Can I Kiss You Now?

Suby In The House

See  policyofsubster

A break from the series.

The Alakija Man gave me an idea to post this shot since he posted a similar shot of this lovely couple yesterday. Taken at almost the same time as his image but from a different angle, and as Jide, my ISO is at 3200 cause I also did not (or was it I forgot) have time to change it,

I will continue with the "F & N"series tomorrow but from another angle, I call this continued series "Two For One". More tomorrow.

Anyone looking for the services of Suby as a Photographer, you know what to do..... (email me in case some are wondering what. LOL)

iso3200 is a bit dodgy but overall it works for me...im just gonna compare titles here, urs is way better than "You smell really nice...."....8.25/10

i disagree with feyi... photographs is never about what shot is better it about capturing a moment.. and you can't get it right all the time..... but the most important thing of all no matter good image or bad image is " those it tell a story enough for the person to appreiate it.

This is a lovely moment.

I thought I was having Deja vu when I first saw this. I like both yours and Jide's. They both have different strengths and weaknesses.

I prefer your overall composition, but I will say that the woman in the background is a bit distracting, there seems to be something on her lip (I guess it's a petal) that I keep getting drawn to which bums me out since I do like this composition a little better than Jide's. (the petal on the bride's neck is also bothering me.)

I like the tones in Jide's a bit better, especially the hair color it seems more natural.

I know you prefer dark, but for me, dark doesn't work for wedding shots, so in that regard I like Jide's a bit more. I like softer, lighter, and more romantic tones in wedding portraiture. Dark tones are a bit too gritty for me. But keep in mind I am old fashioned and like softer, lighter, romantic, dreamy style wedding portraits.

I have a question now though, who's photos have the more accurate colors? The Groom's tie and suit are quite different in each of these shots. Jide's seem to make more sense to me since the tie being beige seems to go well with the somewhat peachy tones in the tie. Yours looks more yellow on yellow, and the whites seem a bit too white. These details may be important to the bride since brides do go to great pains to pick the colors they want for their wedding.

Oops I meant the suit being beige in Jide's and the tie being peachy toned...It's late.
Very nice one, Suby!
nice composition and processing as well...nicely captured moment...
the lady at the back is distracting though...

i'm quite surpised with the quality though,i get nothing but grain at iso3200...!

A lovely moment, I like the dark background that makes their outlines fade into almost nothing.

I think it's a bit spoiled by the lady's face between them and the piece of confetti by the bride's chin.
I like it very much and especially your border (as you know we are never ok about MY borders, I think your going to appreciate my comment about YOURS smile smile smile )
