Sinem In The House

Another Camden moment frozen in time - father and child enjoying a bit of a game and the beautiful April sunshine, oblivious to the clingy eyes of the passerby and the urgent, impatient click of her shutter as she frames the moment in time in a frame of fun and joy.

Here's another side of Camden for you today: the laid-back, easy-going enjoying a day out in the sun and letting in all who've come to have a bit of fun.

We should do this all more often. Just enjoy life!
Suby & Sinem: I so totally agree... Sinem
Nice shot. Nice tones and framing.
But looks a bit washed out?
Suby & Sinem: Maybe one day you'll see a less washed-out version without the lomo effect smile Thanks for the visit. Sinem

Excellent TOP Timing !!! Very very very nice shot !
Suby & Sinem: had to wait in the middle of the street for a while to get the top timing but it was well worth the wait. Glad you agree. Sinem
A perfect Friday shot, Sinem! Nice perspective and tones.
Suby & Sinem: Hi Kay! Glad you liked, but the sepia tones are all down to Suby's wonderful editing. Sinem
Lovely candid shot. Did you take any portrait style? I was just thinking that it might work better with the first two being portrait but then I don't know what's coming next in this great series!
Suby & Sinem: Watch this space, pixelpixie - the portraits are on the way. smile Sinem

Suby & Sinem: Yep, Nev - watch this space - the portraits are on the way (I aim to please!) smile Sinem
Sinem, wanted to ask to you… is a new technique, or fashion doing “the twisted” photos.? You I say it because a friend is studying image and photographs and all book that has prepared for its studies is full of images of this style. I do not mean with that I do not like… the certain thing is that in some cases they reinforce the subject and the action. wink
Suby & Sinem: Hi! In street shots, at times, different angles is out of necessity when you want to focus on a subject but do not want to include something else that maybe to the side that would show on a more traditional framing. Sometimes it is a matter of being a bit more inventive with shooting. Here it was a mix of both. I had to include the jump, the man and the ball which did not look right in a 'untwisted' frame, and as you said, it also enhanced the dynamism and action in the shot. smile Hope this helps. Sinem
