Sinem In The House

This image was taken by Sinem on Sunday night . Guess the little one has been busted real good LOL. I loved the image when Sinem showed it to me and so decided to edit this and post up for tonight. Sorry no tutorial today.

What I absolutely love about this shot is not only the way she framed it, but the perfect perfect moment captured here. This is the type of image I want to have of our kids when we start popping them out. These are the type of images you look back in years to come and they bring tears to ones eyes.

Kemi, hope this brings tears to your eyes when you look back at this beautiful image of your daughter in years to come.

Editing: Conversion to B&W using the calculation method, a lot of curves and levels for depth, slight tone added with curves and photo filter, finished off with the framing (which by now you all know how to do LOL). Time to edit - 49mins

one word... lovely!
Apart from the candid nature of this shot, I love the angle even more, well done Sinem/Suby!
You're right - it is a moment in time the parents can treasure. Good catch!
Love it!!! Great classic moment. Every parent has to have one like this of their children. I know I have a few. I'm saving them for blackmailing the boys later. Bwahahahaha (evil laugh implied)

Wow 49 minutes. I think the longest I ever spent on an image was about 5 minutes. I have no patience, or time though. Although when I was a kid the chemical darkroom was my favorite place and I spent many evenings and weekends down there working.
Sinem and Suby, this is a very cool shot. Very well done. smile
Suby & Sinem: Suby & Sinem thank you Kay
lol! I agree with Dotun, the angle really adds to this photo. Wonderful!
Suby & Sinem: Thanks Suzanne grin

I'm like Laurie and I have used such shots to blackmail my boys and I showed them to their girlfriends ( evil parent that I am ). This is a truely memorable shot and I hope her parents do indeed show her this when she's a grown women.
Very funny and you can tell she's just been caught.
Nice portrait! I will come more around here...
