I love the thankful expression on his face. It's always wonderful to see the joy on parents' faces at naming ceremonies.

Using a mac is only hard for those who are used to PC's. Once you get used to it you will never want to go near a PC again!!! Mac's are so intuitive and easy.

Everything is drag and drop! Doesn't get any easier than that. I switched to a Mac last summer (Power PC G5 woo hooo!) and I can't believe I resisted for so long. If I'd never used any computer before in my life I know that it would have only taken me a few hours to master. What typically happens for those with Windows PCs switching to Mac is the mindset from using Windows for so long.

My mac has never crashed, not even once. There is one program that sometimes crashes but it only crashes the program not the computer and wouldn't you know it, its Microsoft Office for Mac!!! Figures it's Microsoft! Anyway my brother had been trying to convince me to go mac since the 80's, I should have listened sooner.

I don't use iphoto, not sure why, I just don't. I use Lightroom now and I just love the presentation in that program and it's pretty powerful and intuitive. I tried Aperture, Capture NX, and some others and wasn't crazy about them, I preferred Lightroom so that's what I use now.

You can get many of these programs 1/2 price through Campustech.com (as long as you have a student or a teacher in the family). It's a great resource! And it's full use software, even though it's marked "education" version, it's exactly the same as the "normal" version.

Oh and Apple support is awesome!!! They have the best support than any company I have ever dealt with. Lots of companies could learn a thing or two from them.

I've gushed enough, and I know our already sick of hearing me so I'll stop now.

I like this image, mostly, except I'm not terribly crazy about looking directly up someones nostrils. The angle is great but I think I would have moved back some so as not to get so much nostril in the shot. Beautiful tones here.

How much higher can Sinem & Suby go?. Waiting to see the MAC effect. Loving this one in the meantime.
